Are you selling that magic jacket?  I think I’d look great doing pull-ups in it 😀

Yeah I think I’m gonna put it on ebay.

This was strange, but I loved it.  But then, that describes you as well.

      Haha – thanks, Jim!

Not sure the music went with the whimsical vibe, but I liked you doing something different!  Maybe you could do one on a bigger scale, the jacket could be tossed from person to person even!

Thanks for the feedback, Lee.  More to come!

Hey Al,you’re always puttin’ some great stuff online!I have a question for you.I’m halfway through CC and I just started to do some of the stuff in CC2 and I my shoulders and knees always pop when I work out, when I sit on the couch or whatever. You think that’s normal? Also my shoulders start to sound a bit funny when I’m doing the uneven push ups in CC on a basketball like they’re coming off or something.I do the trifecta+warming up before every workout so I don’t know what’s the matter. It doesn’t really hurt but sometimes when I’m doing some hard exercises it does.I think it’s probably from the time when I used to go to the gym and it’s been a while because I gave that up last december but when I used to do pullups I didn’t keep my shoulders tight.Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work!

Thanks, Andrew!  Unfortunately, I can’t give you an assessment without working with you in person.  If you’re in the NYC area we could set up a session, otherwise your best bet is to find a trainer/coach in your area.

That’s not going to be possible because I’m from Romania.I guess I’m going to have to be more careful when warming up or make it longer. Thanks anyway Al!
