    Hi Al,
Thanks for your great book Stretching your boundaries.
I have been working on the stretches specific for improving flexibility which helps me in calisthenics moves.
    I have flexibility problems
I cant join my bent knees together, as in knee raises. They are wide open.
Opposite i can do hip opening stretches like tree, straddle(full, wall), and butterflies v.easily. I can even accomplish all 5 standards and standing leg bent, lotus completely.
I dont know what to work on. I cant do knee raises lying or hanging properly as knees are wide apart. I cant touch them even by hardly contracting inner thighs.
Same problem with yoga lunge. My bent knee is not straight in line it is slanted pointing outwards.
I hope you understand my problem. Please help me Al,
    Thanks,
    Dhairya

Thanks, Dhairya! Glad you liked the book! Make sure you’re stretching your hips evenly in all directions. Without an in-person assessment, it’s impossible for me to give you a more specific suggestion. You should come to PCC!

Oh it is v.sad. I would come to PCC if it would have been available to me. I am in India and I have to wait for few years to complete graduation. If you come here I guarentee to meet you at any stake.
        Thanks
