So I just purchased Stretching Your Boundaries to help me with my workouts and getting the most I can from them.
I generally tend to do an all body approach to my workouts and try to do three days (in the evenings) with one day rest, then start all over again. If I took your Complete Body stretch from Stretching Your Boundaries each morning (built up over time) would there be any issues with ‘over stretching’ so to speak?
