    Hello All,

In CC, for uneven pull-ups and push ups, it suggests that you start with your strongest side first and then match that number on the other side so that you don’t throw your strength further out of whack.

I am working on uneven pull ups and I’m left handed so my past two sessions, I started them on the right side and was able to do 7 reps but after a brief rest, I was only able to do 4 continuous reps on my left side and then finished with some singles to match at 7. Now, I know uneven pull-ups are very taxing but could my right arm be stronger and I’m further throwing my strength out of whack or is the taxing nature of the exercise itself?

FWIW, I’m am able to match uneven pull-ups starting with my right side much easier when I try it on my left.

    Thanks guys,
    Jason
