I did my first ever overhand pull-up last November. I’m doing 3000 pull-ups in 2015 in aid of UNICEF.
I normally train in the morning on my way to work and often only have 30 mins. To warm up I do push-ups, stick-ups and arm swings. Have you got any recommendations for warming up when time is limited?
I think back bridges make a great warm up. Jump rope or jumping jacks are good too.
