upper/lower split

    Hey everybody,

    Haven’t written an upper/lower split for awhile, how does this look:

    upper body

    vertical press

    verical pull

    horizontal push

    horizontal pull

    front lever/elbow lever work

    lower body

    shrimp squats

    arms crossed pistols

    closing bridge



    Same template as day 1 but different exercises for dynamic movements

    Lower body

    pistols(arms behind head)

    single arm bridge

    single leg valslide leg curl
