Greetings!!! It’s been a while since I started my research on making a weekly diet program, but from what I see I get a different opinion whenever I look. What I would like to know is, what is the ratio of the types of food (meat, fish, veggies, fruits, pasta, dairy…) a human should consume??? And apart from the ratio stuff, any idea on “how much” should you eat (maybe depending on your weight…)???
Dude there are so many approaches and possibilities and most of them depend a lot on what you are doing every day and what your goals are. Otherwise you’re just asking about length of a piece of string.
