hello, I’m from Belgium and I now train all a little more or a year bodyweight workout
i have a question? my training consists of up to 50 push ups and then eat 25 daimond pushups,, after about 3 hours 4 + 25 diamond pushups
in the evening I train,,,, 5 + 10 pull ups, dips 5 + 20, 5 + 25push ups 5+ 15squats
and every day 100 to 200 pushups
and this five days a week
that is nie much or should I do something?
