Just wanted to know if my workouts are too much and are well rounded enough.
Routine 1
Pull Ups – 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Closed Push Ups – 3 x 10
Uneven Push Ups – 3 x 5 each side
Assisted Pistol Squats – 3 x 5 each side
Side Squats – 3 x 5 each side
Wall Crawls (down) – 2 x 5
Tripod – 3 x 30 sec holds
Frog Stands – 3 x 15 sec holds
Routine 2
Dips – 3 x 5
Archer Push Ups – 3 x 5 each side
Plyo Push Ups – 3 x 5
Closed Squats – 3 x 20
Jumping Lunges – 3 x 5 each side
Bridges – 3 x 30 sec holds
Fingertip Plank – 3 x 30 sec holds
L-Sits (knees tucked) – 3 x 30 sec holds
Hanging Knee Raises – 3 x 10
I am doing 30 sec rests between reps and sets and doing 4-5 times a week alternating between the routines.
My goal is not so much about muscle gains. Happy to lose fat and tone right up whilst building strength.
