For some reason I tend to get sore pretty quick.
I can do a lot of sets on a low rep, but when I try to get high reps in, soreness kicks in.
Any hints on what might cause the soreness?
Le me rephrase, hurts like freaking h*ll.
I can easely do 10 sets of 5 but as soon as I do 5 sets of 10 (for instance dip) it hurts a lot.
Anyone experience with this?
