Excuse my insistence but I’m very confused. I’ve read online a lot of conflicting opinions about beginner’s routines so I don’t know what to do…
Should I do a full body like this:
Full Body A: 1.Dips 2.Pull Ups 3.Assisted Pistols 4.Bridges
Full Body B: 1.Inverted Rows 2.Push Ups 3.Squats 4.Hanging Raises
Or a split routine like this:
Upper: 1.Pull Ups 2.Dips 3.Inverted Rows 4.Push Ups
Lower. 1.Squats 2.Lounges 3.Bridges 4.Hanging Raises
My main goal is to gain mass, what is your advice?

You’re overthing it man. Those are all great exercises; feel free to mix it up. For hypertrophy your sets should be pretty difficult at the 6-12 rep range, and you gotta eat enough clean food and sleep well.
I agree with Robby! Both of those routines look good to me!
