    I’m struggling to come up with a workout routine. How do you make a rounded workout routine? I’ve watch Al’s videos and I have read building a Gymnastics Body. I’m trying to combine calisthenic and resistance band exercises.

    Don’t get too hung up on making “the perfect routine” – it does not exist. Just make sure your training is well rounded and enjoyable. You should check out my books for more specific ideas on program design.
