    New to the forums. Absolutely love the site. I stopped training 6 years ago because of health issues – hyperthyroidism and cancer. I am in my late 30’s now and in dire need to reclaim my life – so to speak. Training wont come easy to me and time is a factor…

    Any advice for someone like myself getting back into it. Is it too late?
