    Following some of the pushing the limits workouts, I am wondering will strength as well as muscle inevitably follow if used consistently? I am not thinking bodybuilder like of course! Just a way of combining the two.

    I am thinking like the intermediate exercise range (i.e. working up close push ups with 2/3 sets of 20?) and a two day no equipment split?
