    I can do hover lunge smoothly but when I am trying to do pistol squat ..I cant balance it. When I use a pole to balance I can do it easily but not enough pressure in the legs..I can do close squat for 30 reps easily…

    Do pistols on a high ledge with your free leg hanging down without touching the ground. Also try doing pistols while holding your free foot. The hover lunge is more a progression for shrimp squats so try those as well.

    I would suggest doing wall sits. Relatively low intensity static exercises such as this tend to help with joint stabilization, I find.
