Its been a long hard journey filled with overeagerness and the odd injury but I think I’ve don’t quite well since reading your books last summer. Been some ups and downs but I have finally achieved the initial target I set. When I first started calisthenics I couldn’t do one chin up, let alone a pull up. Yesterday I did my first ever set of 10 pull ups! And I did them on a thick bar as well just to top it off. Aiming for 20 now. Its amazing how different I look now compared to the photos from last summer when I started calisthenics. Still got a bit of fat to lose from my midsection but its noticeably smaller. People I went to school with I haven’t seen in years always comment on how much weight I’ve lost.
