Thanks to the great info I got from this website and its community, I’ve made massive progress on my pushups and squats (I’m on my way to doing one arm pushups and one legged squats!).

However what’s concerning me is my progress on pullups. I used to be able to do 10 pullups per set, but I’ve noticed that I’m doing less reps than before. Today I could do 7 reps in a set at the most!

Are there any suggestions to getting me back on the right track for pullups? I’m afraid it will hinder my overall progress if this problem isn’t solved soon

Just keep at it man, don’t worry too much about it man. Strength can be a fickle thing for certain people with certain exercises. It could be that your progress with push ups is tiring you out for pull ups, or maybe your CNS is a bit fried.

If you want you can try some inverted rows to pad your volume.
