    Lately as my fingertip pushups have improved I’ve noticed when I’m doing groundwork my hands have changed their regular grip on the floor. They seem to naturally put the weight through the palm (mostly pinky side) and fingertips with the rest of the hand not even touching the ground. The thumbs touch and have a little bit of pressure through them but it’s only supportive balance. Is this okay? I can’t remember where but I seem to remember reading you’re supposed to keep the front of the hand flat. Wondering if it’s something to do with nerve compression.
