Hey Al. I began calisthenics a little over a month ago and im already noticing slight pain in my shoulders. My shoulders crack during every shoulder warmup i do, but people told me not to worry about it unless there’s pain. So i thought nothing of it, but now I’m noticing very slight pain especially during rotator cuff warmups, the pain isnt severe at all, Id rate a 2 on a 1-10 scale and theres not limited ROM. Im just worried that months or even weeks down the line im going to have to stop my progress due to this. Any susuggestions?
