    Hey Al. I began calisthenics a little over a month ago and im already noticing slight pain in my shoulders. My shoulders crack during every shoulder warmup i do, but people told me not to worry about it unless there’s pain. So i thought nothing of it, but now I’m noticing very slight pain especially during rotator cuff warmups, the pain isnt severe at all, Id rate a 2 on a 1-10 scale and theres not limited ROM. Im just worried that months or even weeks down the line im going to have to stop my progress due to this. Any susuggestions?

    Also I think what caused this might be bench dips. Would you say its safe to ditch the bench dips and keep working out or should i just stop working out altogether
