I can do 20 or more straight leg raises (about 10 toes to bar) without swinging and momentum and kinda good form and it feel like best overall excerise for abs and core, but I dont know how to hit hard obliques and all the muscles on the side of the body. Flag is probably best for this, but at home I dont have anything that I can use for flag. Do you know about some good and hard excercise or tips for obliques (not just them, but all the muscles on the side of the body) ?
Hmm, didnt know meathook hit obliques, also progression to it seems nice since you have to do windshiled wipers, which I cant do at home with straingh legs, but I try them tucked. Thanks Al for insipration, I will try meathook when I get ready (especially grip strenght, since I cant hand from a bar with one hand).
