Ok first of all im 19 years old and ive been doing just bodyweight/calisthenics exercises for around 3 months now. My current routine is mon/wed/fri:
5 wide grip, normal and close grip pull ups
10 dips
10 elevated diamond, elevated normal, normal, wide grip push ups
i repeat all of these exercises around 3-5 times and i give myself minimal rest like 20 seconds. My pull ups go down in reps as i tire real quick
I am sore/tired during workout but after 4 hours or so i feel i am pretty much fine. Is this a sign of progression that my muscles have been worked? I used to feel sore very badly but now i feel like i could do the routine the next day or even 4 hours after that session
