So in addition to my goals of learning how to do amazing feats like we see with Al ka ado, I also got into calisthenics as I wanted to get slightly bigger. I am around 5 ft 5 and weigh 9 stone (126 pounds ) I don’t know if this is underweight but i feel like I’m really skinny. My chest is very underdeveloped. I have recently learned that I have been doing circuit training. Anyway any tips on how I can get bigger? I can do 10 clean pull ups from start. Should I be doing like 8 reps for 3 sets? I do that currently although my 3rd set wouldn’t be very clean and my next exercise of pull ups reps will lower.
