Im struggeling with pistols for a long time and it feels like my glutes and hamstrings are turned off during more advanced squats and other excercises too. Recently I discover glute ham raise hinge excercise and Im feeling like my glutes and hams are working hard and fully for a first time. I did it just few times since i discover this excercies recently so I cant tell if its going to help or not so I want to ask what do you thing about this excercise and which excersies or what can help fix my problem?
