How many reps & sets??

    I do 3-5 reps of body weight training every day is it good?……because i’m working on my strength,my whole point can i always do 3-5 for (push ups….chin ups..etc) is it right.


    also I would like to increase my strength by doing calisthenics with low reps….like squat pistol,one arm pushup…etc I read that if you want endurance you must workout by using high reps actually my goal is to increase my strength not endurance.

    The boundaries between strength and endurance are not always so cut and dry. Higher rep ranges might be helpful for you to build a solid base in your strength training. You should check out my latest book, Pushing The Limits! I think it’d be perfect for you.
