    I almost got a kipping bar muscle up today… almost. i got to the top part but fell off. i can do 15 straight bar dips, so its not strength. im going to give it a go again tomorrow. check out the youtube link below. It is WFS , besides some frustrated grunts. any tips appreciated 🙂

    Just about everyone has to go through a lot of trial and error on the path to their first muscle-up. That’s part of what makes that first rep so exciting when it finally happens!

    Take a day or two off in between efforts when you are first starting out. Have you read my book Raising The Bar? I go into more detail there! 🙂
