I’ve seen several videos and diagrams of hindu squats. I am curious as to the what stress is put on the knee when going to your toes before pushing up.
They look like a good exercise but since I have knee issues I want to get more info. Thanks!
Also, I’m super excited about the PCC going to Australia! I should be moving to Sydney within the next six months so I will definitely try and make it.
