Hello everyone, my name is Przemek, but I prefer to use Przemall in web.
I started to train calisthenics 6 months ago, when I saw Al’s videos. I’m 16 and I weight 64kg (141 pounds) for 177cm (5’9.7″).
Today i can do:
1 one arm chin up each arm
1-3 pistol squat only on right leg, I have too weak legs…
6 handstand push-up
My plan is to train freestanding handstand (maybe on 1 arm soon), one arm pull ups and human flag, today it’s too painfull exercise.
I hope you (Al) will learn soon planche (I saw your photo and comment) and give video with tips for us!
I recorded video with my friend to be able to see in future how weak we were. I’m this guy with glasses.

You and your friend are off to a great start. There is room for progress but I would definitely not call you weak!
