    Hey!!! I was wondering, if someone who practiced a move, let’s say leg raises, with a strength program methodology (frequent training, many sets, low reps) reached the point where he did, let’s say, 2o slow reps and decided to switch to training to fatigue for mass gains, like two max sets twice a week, will he lose the level of strength he has achieved because of this change, or will he maintain his strenght gains???

    I don’t think you would lose any strength in that scenario.
