I have building up my running for a little while. I’m running more in my Vibram Five Fingers.
Last week I ran 4km on a treadmill but at about 3km I started to get a pain in the ball of my left foot.
Since then my foot has been agony. The pain is in the ball of my foot but also across the top of my foot.
I am using rest, ice and anti inflammatory drugs. Are there any good exercises to help my foot get better?
