Hello, I’m 17 old and i training 3 months. Now my routine is:
1/Pull ups
2/dips
3/arhcer push ups
4/ hanging leg raises
5/pistols
6/L-sit on chairs
7/plank
I train it 3 day in week but i want add one training more when i will train tricks like dragon flag, elbow lever etc. What do u think about it? Good idea? If yes, how i can train? Train easier types of these exercises or try do full version? In reps?
