    Hello, I’m 17 old and i training 3 months. Now my routine is:

    1/Pull ups

    2/dips

    3/arhcer push ups

    4/ hanging leg raises

    5/pistols

    6/L-sit on chairs

    7/plank

    I train it 3 day in week but i want add one training more when i will train tricks like dragon flag, elbow lever etc. What do u think about it? Good idea? If yes, how i can train? Train easier types of these exercises or try do full version? In reps?

    Sorry for my english but i cant speak good in this language. Can you help me?

    Keep doing what you’re doing, but pick one or two goals. The exercises you are doing will build strength for the harder exercises. Dragon flags are really hard, an elbow lever should be very easy before you even start training for the dragon flag. If you can not do an elbow lever yet, that’s a good place to start.
