Hi,
I don’t know the proper name for what I mean, therefore the maybe confusing title. I have trouble lifting my legs from the ground and holding them upright when I’m doing for example an elbow lever or try to hold a back lever or lifting my butt up for a tucked planch hold, like a backward leg raise. I guess it’s all the same problem, my lower back and maybe hamstrings too weak, sometimes I also have the feeling my body does not know which muscles to activate?
So, what I am looking for are exercises to get stronger in that regard, help is very much appreciated.
