Hey there.
Not a long time ago I got elbow pain. I don’t know why it happened but something makes me believe it’s because I’ve overused my forearms with both pullup and grip training.
Earlier I’ve been suffering from it only while doing back bridges but now this thing is with me everyday for about two weeks. Sumpthoms make it look like the tennis elbow.
I’ve tried active recovery (some wall-pushups) but the pain did not get relieved but increased slightly.
For now I don’t train my bad right arm and just use exersices like squats and leg raises while on the floor.
Hope to get your advise to recover my elbow as quickly as possible.
