Hi,i recently bought raising the bar and really like the progressions outlined. I’ve had problems with mild elbow pain which has stopped me from high rep pull ups and chin ups.Having had a rest from these for a while my elbows feel good and I’m looking forward to getting into it again. I’ve read views elsewhere that it can be better to focus on weighted low rep chin/pull ups when you’ve had elbow issues. I was wondering what the views are here on that? Would love to be able to build up to a muscle up eventuallyso just thinking about the best way to build up without aggravating them old elbows!
For reference I’m 38years old and for thelast few years have mainly trained with kettlebells.
