I am trying to do crows as part of the handstand push up progression.
Previously I have followed beach body programs and they have left me performing moves with poor form. I can do crow if i stick my elbows inside my knees and flare my legs out.
However, when I try crow my legs slip off the back of my triceps. Is this a matter of building strength and persisting with the move?
That’s a good start! Keep practicing! It might also help to avoid wearing slick or slippery clothing.
Hi, thanks for the reply Al. I usually wear shorts when im training. Unfortunately I have very hairy knees, perhaps I should try wearing pants when practising crow.
