Hello, recently I bought rings. I thought I was ready for it, but it was hard. Right after I jumped out from ring hold support I felt a short intense pain in middle chest area. Im used to different types of pushups and dips, but this kind of chest squeezing movement from rings snaped some sh*t up. After week break I still feel it so I used some bands for ring support hold to stabilize my body better and take off pressure from chest (but I still felt a light pain), but I cant do dips and pushups. What would you reccomend? I know best thing will be probably visit a doctor, but I would like to hear your opinion or any kind of help how to fix my problem or how to rehabilitate and strenghten that middle chest area.
