    What are some good books or websites on calisthenics? Not just a exercise catalog ,i like ross enamaits stuff,Al Kavaldo,,fitness 666/start body weight, beast skills and didn’t like barstarzz or mad barrz stuff ,’m a noob and like reading up on most of it but thefes so much gimmicky stuff or stuff that just dosnt seem legit. I’ve been reading a lot off this forum and the forum. for over coming gravity there’s some cool stuff over there

    Right now I’m just a noob trying to lose some weight but i like reading up on this stuff. So is eat move improve forums/over coming gravity book any good? I kinda want to find a gymnasti s forum to lurk on for diffrent perspective on calisthenics

    Pushing the limits is a good book! My favorite resources when I first started were Youtube and ankleweightworkout.com
