My main goal is to gain as much strenght as possibile without bulking (I’ve still got a moderatly muscular physique and I don’t want to add other muscles).
I like Al’s 5×5 challange and my answers are:
Is it good for strenght or a 3 reps x 5 to 8 sets (same exercises) is more appropriate?
What are the general adjustments to reach my goal?
