Hey! I have been doing the Al Kavadlo 5×5 beginner routine now for around 2 weeks.
Currently i can do the knee tucks and split squats with good form and low rest intervals. Pushups i can do 3 sets of 5 with 2 minutes rest in-between, I then do knee pushups on the last 2 sets. Aussies seems to be the hardest one i can around 2 reps with good form then having to use my legs for assistance.
I have currently been My plan was to start doing it every day Monday-Friday, and then rest in the weekends. Would this be a good approach to increasing my reps, or should I just stick to doing it three times a week?
