Hi Al,

Thanks for feedback. The first routine is a variation of a workout you wrote in Pushing the Limits.

In terms of fitness, I have built up on each and listen to my body to ensure I push myself without sacrificing form.

Good to know I am on the right track and look forward to hearing when you visit Australia again.
