The deck of cards workout has probably been around for as long as playing cards themselves! It can definitely be a fun way to add an element of surprise to your training. Of course you can just break the same number of reps down into a less random grouping of sets and reps and do them without the cards too. 🙂

Btw, the guy who runs that blog has one helluva beard!
