I was using this workout for pure strength while losing weight. I experimented with doing full body 3 times a week but I found doing 3 circuits 5-6 times a week more efficient for me. I didn’t do it in the style of a circuit though. Left long rests between sets so I could stay fresh and concentrated on my form and trying to grip the bar or floor as hard as I could. All about finding out which works best for you. Have a little experiment.
